It is important in that it creates awareness, it is educative, and most importantly solves issues that are best handled by the public. During the lockdown and Covid-19 restrictions, it has shown its major importance in almost all sections. The realness of the information available would also be a huge challenge to students, as many may not be able to differentiate the reliable authors or sources.

Hi Andre, I like the way you think of connecting the network with the political debates questions. It reminds me that we will meet together because we are all motivated by the personal learning network.

Hi Andre! great layout and perspective at looking at personalized learning. A lot to reflect and the one take-home message I personally have is the idea of creating a network space where we are all connected on a social space.

    Hello Andrew,
Thank you for creating this nice and detailed blog post on PLN and Digital Identity! Online public communications indeed play important roles during the COVID-19 pandemic when everyone is isolated physically. Besides its’ benefits in schools and workplaces, it also allows people to have small talks when they feel isolated because of the COVID-19 restrictions. Through public communications, people may interact with someone who has the same thought and obtain a sense of belonging.
    Cheers,
    Anna
