In the video, Mo Amir explained his experience of how he engages in his PLN. Amir mainly introduced twitter as his primary platform for him to expand his professional networks. As myself, I believe my PLN will be used to help professional development for me after this course. The various platforms I am using helps me create a network for me, and generate opportunities to let other people get to know me. Professional network will also allow me to share and learn in my field, which could bring traffic and attention to my network.
- CAN YOUR PLN BE RELIED ON TO OPEN PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES?
Of course, it can rely onto open professional opportunities. PLN are platforms for me to interact with other people, helps me to know more and learn. These platforms may also find me opportunities on jobs, and could help me to build my career.

“I believe my PLN will be used to help professional development for me after this course.”
I couldn’t agree more. As I have progressed through this course, I keep reflecting on how I have been accessing my own network in a variety of ways to grow — not only professionally, but as a partner, mother, sister, and friend. Now, I feel that I will be able to continue to do so but with more care and intent.
